We prioritise all warranty-related jobs, which is one reason why we are so highly rated. Although warranty callbacks are rare at Zeal, we want our clients to be fully informed of the conditions before working with us.

Our warranty terms are as follows:

– 12 months on new parts supplied by us, unless otherwise indicated due to supplier policies (excluding refrigerants).

– 3 months on labour and callout.

Yes, we carry a wide range of commercial refrigeration spare parts in all our service vehicles, covering 80% of potential breakdowns. This allows us to resolve most issues on the spot during our first visit, ensuring your systems are up and running quickly, saving you both time and money.

We generally operate between 9am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri, however if you need us in a little earlier, please let us know, and our team will do their best to accommodate your needs.
